Trilogy 906 Songhead Amplifier stage is closely related to its outstanding sister, bringing true fan performance to a more affordable price point.

The 906's signal path does not have a cheap off-the-market OP amp IC. The gain stage is single-ended Class A and is completely discrete. A separate audio performance has been selected for each individual component.

The high bandwidth and low distortion topology USES active current source and common source common gate gain modules with zero global feedback. RIAA equalization is passive and carefully implemented using sophisticated components. Dc servo systems further improve performance by eliminating the need for large capacity output capacitors.

Integrated low noise, linear power supply is usually specified by custom transformers and premium brand energy storage capacitors. There is no universal, electrically noisy switch wall wart.

The power guide is regulated in parallel. Although the number of components is higher than the inexpensive series voltage regulator IC solutions typically found here, their performance is much better.

MM or MC gain Settings and full cartridge loading are accessible via configuration switches on the chassis.
